Please help With My DDJSX2

I am having problems with my right job wheel it is like something inside of it is unbalance, because every time i slightly spin theres a slight grinding sound i hears and sometimes its completely unresponsive ive tried resetting and updating the firmware and still nothing. i brought it about a year ago and im not sure if its still under warranty plus i have no clue where my receipt is but i do have the controller and its matching box with serial numbers.

hm, sounds like the right side jog is damaged.

Go to the PioneerDJ Service Centre web site and click on your country to see where you can ship the Unit.

You can also give the the workshop a call prior sending the unit without any notes to them, but in the first place Contact your dealership where you have Buy the Device cause they have to take care of your warranty suggestions.

did you traveled a lot with the DDJ, because the Jogs are very sensitiv and they have to Covered from shocks ore heavy vibrations.
