rekordbox recording mutliple parts

I recorded a set on my XDJ-RX with rekordbox and used the "Track Mark" button while recording.
So now I got multiple parts on my USB stick. How can I put them together in rekordbox or do I habe to use an other program?

You can throw them all into an audio editor like Audacity to stitch them back together into one long file.

For future, if you're not needing to have the recording split, and would benefit from having only one long file, simply don't press the Track Mark button.
