DDJ-SZ Left Platter Issue In Traktor

I've been having an issue with my left platter not having the same responsiveness as my right platter while using Traktor. It is mainly with scratching or doing backspins. On backspins, it seems to slowly play the track backwards, rather than a traditional backspin. I've tried turning off and on Vinyl mode, and I've looked for any settings that could've been different in the Traktor mappings but haven't found anything.
