DDJ-RB keeps disconnecting from rekordbox

hey i was hoping to get some help for this I've been trying to fix it for months, i bought a ddj-rb a few months ago and it was working fine. about a month or so back its started disconnecting from rekordbox constantly but is still connected to my PC. I've tried reinstalling rekordbox and updating my controller but nothing works. I've even reinstalled windows 10, has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it? cheers

Sorry to hear about that guys. We are aware of these complaints, but unfortunately the primary cause of this issue is the computer itself not providing the device adequate power over USB. You can try using a different USB port or even a different USB cable.

If your computer still doesn't provide adequate power, you can test another computer (or 2) to see if they recognize the device, thus ruling out a bad DDJ.

An alternative is to use a "Y" cable to provide additional power from another source (either an external power block or another port on the computer).

Same here! This problem is still occuring! Have no idea why. Hope this gets fixed soon...
