I’ve searched the whole internet to see of anybody had this problem and seems i’m pretty much the only one. Few days ago I had this message ‘rekordbox database not found please donwnload from blabla’ after which my LOAD button won’t work at all!!! It goes up & down through my music but won’t load anything i’m choosing. I really doubt it’s a technical problem like being broken because I barely used it, i believe it’s software or idk...does someone relate to this at least? Please help...i’m losing it :(

Haven't seen your problem. Maybe if you add some more detail people can help you out better... are you using a USB stick or are you trying to load tracks with your laptop connected to the XDJ-RX. Is the same thing happening for both Load buttons? Have you tried inserting the USB stick in the the other USB port and loading from there? Have you tried using a different USB stick?

i have noticed this issue with RBDJ (performance mode) when used with the XDJ RX2 .. sometimes when you hit the load button the track will not load.
When you do a drag and drop the track does load. Not sure if this is the same as the OP but this is what i have noticed the issue does not happen all the time.
