DJM-S9 Beat and Performance displays not showing

I just got my mixer from the mail, brand new. When I turn it on, the Beat effect and performance pads displays are not showing up at all. I have updated both the driver and firmware and they are still not showing up. Everything else works perfectly. Please help.
