URGENT license matter

Hello, I get a message when I start Rekordbox saying that my license will end 2018-01-30 and when I go the the license page in Preferences, it's not my licens. And I can't deactivate the account.

1. I got the Lyrics plan test subscription.
2. I got robbed and my credit card was stolen, so I cancelled my card
3. The monthly subscription could'nt be payed waiting for the new credit card.
4. Renewed the subscription
5. Saw that the Lyrics plan wasn't there any more and I had a couple of days left testing it so I mailed support.
6. I got a file from support called"emergency_mac" and I run it.
7. The Lyrics plan wasn't there.
8. I wrote to support about that.
9. They told me to deactivate my account in Rekordbox and then run "emergency_mac" again.
10. The file told me that it can't be run twice bla bla bla
11. Started Rekordbox and the message that the licens will expire 2018-01-30 appears, but Rekordbox started. 
12. Tried to deactivate Rekordbox again but got Error code 11
13. Noticed that the license wasn't the same license that I have on my account at Rekordbox.com

Will Rekordbox stop working soon? I have 2 gigs this weekend and this must be fixed till then.
