I'd recommend using a MIDI monitor to see if the RX is sending signal across the full travel of the CH1 fader. It could be the fader has failed and is no longer sending signal to the software.

DDJ-RX
HI I Have been using DDJ-RX for more than a year never had any issues, but recently Chanel 1 fader has some issue with volume, the fader is all the way up and on the Rekordbox software its showing only half way. Rest other faders are fine 2,3,4.
Also when just using as a mixer the output volume from Chanel 1 fader is coming too low compare to others.
