What is your operating system? Have you properly installed the drivers and configured the audio settings within rekordbox? Can you post a screenshot of the audio page?

Pleased with this controller with the big exception of the effects with RB connected, I am running a MacBook Pro within the minimum specs, but there is a horrible lag on all effects. It is worse if I don't shut down all other apps on the lappy, but even when I do it's still very laggy with all effects, but nothing else?
The CPU is under 50% with quad core even when this is happening?
The hardware effects without RB connected are fine, any help would be much appreciated?
This was solved by changing the buffer size!!!
