DDJ-RX jog wheel beatmatch problem

Estos días he estado mirando por la precisión del jog wheel y me he dado cuenta que en movimientos muy pequeños no lo detecta, solo cuando el movimiento es mas grande. No se si es problema que en sí la controladora no tiene mucha precisión, si es problema del firmware o simplemente de mi controladora. Y si es de mi controladora, me podriais dar recomendaciones para repararla?

My recommendation would be to first try a hardware reset. Let us know if that doesn't work.

If tried it. But if you could explain me the steps. Cause I don't know if I was doing it right. My steps were: No power, open it while pressing shift + 1 and 2 (dont know if it was exactly) and after that pressing two sync buttons since the light turn off.

Press and hold these two buttons while powering-up the RX:

Let them go after about 5 seconds, then press and hold both SYNC buttons for about 3 seconds. When the sync button LEDs go out, the reset is complete.
