So i'm just going to say i am a very recent Pioneer DJ customer. I really like the product. I was even considering upgrading in the very near future, however I will be looking elsewhere for future djing needs. I was cut off very quickly over the phone with tech support as soon as I mentioned using multiple interfaces (very rudely). I also work for one of the largest automotive manufactures in the word, and I understand when customers call and ask about adding aftermarket accessories to their vehicles, you cant speak on the behalf of the accessory but you should be savvy enough to speak for your own product. I.e. "yes Mr. Smith you can add an aftermarket exhaust to your vehicle as long as you install it in a manner such as........ that doesn't effect any factory warranty guidelines......" See how that works? Im not trying to speak poorly on your device, I as an every day consumer need professional advise. The output seems weak on your DDJ-RB devise, how can i increase it without an audio interface???? I would love to have a CDJ-2000NXS2 with way stronger output, but like i said Im new to Pioneer DJ as well as djing period. Your professional assistance would be truly appreciated.
