Issues with Mic output using Wego4

Ive just purchased the Wego4 and plugged in the Mic using the port on the back, however when speaking into the mic the sound is delayed and slow through my speakers - is there a filter i need to change or is this a Hardware issue

Which software are you using with the WeGO4?

I’m using the wedj as recommended in manual- the music is fine through the speakers - however if you plug a mic in the back of the wego4 the output from the mic seems to be delayed and slow with a hint of echo

Hi - I havent received any response to my query - can you assist please. Also I have tried using djay2 and have the same result
