No sound output from phono channels on DDJ-RX controller

Hi There,

I have recently bought the DDJ-RX controller. All setup and working fine with Rekordbox, but I have just connected my 2 PLX-1000 turntables to chanels 1 and 2, but no output sound.

All connections checked, Phono option selected on the controller. Sound coming through headphones and signal being received into the controller - just no output sound,

Any suggestions on this? Not been able to find any similar issues relating to this for DDJ-RX
