support request issue

I am having major problems raising a ticket for the jog wheel issues im having with the xdj-rx2 i have submitted at least 6 forms with attached video and there is no confirmation of it being sent or recieved and no email of confirmation is there a problem with the technical support as i have no idea if they have recieved my ticket it just seems to hang on submit?
