Have you tried adjusting the trim knob on each deck so they are showing a similar peak level on the channel meters of the DDJ-RB?
Really annoying problem. Not sure if its from the settings of the rekordbox software or its a hardware problem. I tried it on more than one laptop and the problem consists. The sound is lower or sometimes it sounds mono more likely. I have to switch each and every track sometimes to deck B to complete playing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

yes definitely.
I move the same track that's playing on deck A to deck B by by double clicking the load button. same knobs on both decks, still deck B sounds much louder, or more like stereo sound vs mono on deck A.
i reset all of the settings on rekordbox software just incase it was something related to any changes that i might have made, but nothing has changed...
Can you please open the mixer panel within rekordbox and verify that the trim is the same for both decks, and reflecting changes made on the hardware:

Also ensure you have the Auto Gain disabled:

Make sure that your crossfader is also in the middle. I had the same issue and found out that my crossfader was in the wrong spot!
