DDJ-RB: Recognised but not controlling rekordbox

Hi,

First want to say that i saw similar issues about DDJ RB in FAQ but never found an answer to my problem.

When switched on, the ’Hot Cue’ button lights up red and ‘FX’ and the two ‘Beat’ buttons light up blue, and that’s it (it does the flashing lights thing when plugged in and also after it’s been idle for a while). When pressing all the buttons, the light of the ‘Master Cue’ goes on and off on the unit, and the ‘Sampler’ button lights up when pressed, but no change on rekordbox.

I have the good firmware and driver updates, i'm in performance mode, the DDJ RB is recognised as an output of sound so the software detect it.

My laptop has 2 USB ports and i tested both.

i tried to unsintall and install rekordbox and the drivers but still the same problem.

I just can't control anything so and a week of tests and research and i give up and ask for heal please.
