Cant CUE/prelisten on DDJ-RB :/

I Cant use the CUE buttons. I get sound to my headphones if i activate the master cue. I Have read around a bit and narrowed the problem down to the DDJ-RB ISO. It says error while opening. When i only could master cue i used the DDJ-RB line as sound in preferences. And since i have seen that you want pc specs i have listed mine below
