ddjsx 3 aux/mic channel don't work

i just got a brand new ddjsx3 and the aux/mic  doesn't work in any channel it worked once but now it doesn't matter if i plug on channel i,2,3,or 4 nothing happens but connecting the controller via usb it works but just not the aux/mic and i need those.

@Luis > Have you toggled the input selector on those channels to the appropriate input you're using?
