XDJ-RX2 keeps freezing While mixing using rekordbox or other midi compatible software (virtualdj) in performance mode, internal midi mixer or xdj-rx2 mixer

Summary:
While mixing using rekordbox or other midi compatible software (virtualdj) in performance mode, internal midi mixer or xdj-rx2 mixer, the RX2 keeps freezing.

Expected behavior: run without errors

Actual behavior: rx2 keeps freezing while mixing in performance mode.

Steps to reproduce the issue: I have not found a pattern to reproduce the freezes. The unit have frozen some time after about 3 hours after I have started mixing, some time after about half hour from the restart or after about 2 hours from the restart. Sometime it runs flawless for at least 24 hours and then it freezes.

Detailed description:
While mixing using rekordbox or other midi compatible software (virtualdj) in performance mode, internal midi mixer or xdj-rx2 mixer, the RX2 keeps freezing. The software does not freeze, it keeps playing like nothing has happened but there is no sound on neither main output or cue output. The display freezes (sometime is blurry), the mixer’s led display freezes and there is no response from any button/knob/jog/touchscreen. After power off the display and some of the buttons stay lit and the dj software keeps playing without sound. After power on the dj software stops (like when no soundcard is detected) then after the unit restart and midi is asigned the dj software continues to play from where it has stopped when the unit was powered on.

6. XDJ-RX2 firmware: 1.23, 1.31, 1.32 with latest audio and link drivers

7. No corrupted mp3/mp4/wav files

8. Different USB cables and different USB 2.0/3.0 ports
