Synch screen let me include iTunes

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can help with this issue.  Recently purchased a new computer and unable to select itunes as a source in the synch screen, despite being able to see it.  The menu is grayed out and I am unable to check the box to include it. I've just started building playlists within RB as workaround, but it would be nice to have the option to use my itunes playlists if I can.
