I would love to shuffle my cue points around. Say i have a cue point at slot 3. I would love to just shift it down to any slot i want to.

Not sure if this helps, but if you are using a controller its pretty easy, if you have at least one open Hot Cue available. You simply shuffle your hot cues using the open cue as a temporary storage. That is, if you want to move Cue 2 to 1 and 1 is full, and 3 is empty do this. Move 2 to 3, move 1 to 2, move 3 to 1, delete 3 to leave it open again.
If you know how to edit data files, a way to do more complex moves would be to use the Rekordbox.Xml file. Export to Rekordbox,xml, open that file in a text editor, look for the tracks you want to edit, renumber the hot cues in that, then import the tracks back into RB from the Rekordbox.xml file. I use that for large scale edits and it works great...
Note I agree it would be better in the Software but until then you do have options...
