You're referring to an "on-air" status; unfortunately that is something only the CDJs do, not DDJs.
Hi,
Not found anything on this already so apologies if this has been asked already.
Is there a way to set the LED on the platter from white to red when the deck fader is set to minimum/off similar to that of the CDJ2000 and DJM900?
Thanks.

Surely a firmware update could resolve this. It seems pretty pointless the LEDs remaining white all the time. Trying to make it look nice but pointless functionality.
There is only a white LED source inside the jog; it's either off, solid to indicate a track is loaded, or blinking to indicate the track is near the end.
I wondered about this. Presumably that was to keep costs down and the trigger is sent instead to the corners of the jog screens, which isn't a bad compromise.
