DDJ SX3 sound output

Hello,

I have my SX3 for about 3 months now, and today I turned it on and at first I was not hearing any sound from the unit to include the headphone.  I turned the power on and off a couple times, and eventually I started getting sound again.  However the main output sound has a lot of static.  The headphone and booth outputs are fine.  I tried different cables, etc, and no change.  This is very frustrating.  Please advise.
