DDJ SX3: Error: failed to connect audio

 I have just purchased a DDJ SX3. When I connect the DDJ SX3 to my Mac, which is running High Sierra, a message appears on the bottom of the screen in Serato Pro saying "Error: failed to connect audio".

I have reinstalled the drivers and Serato pro. But I still get the same error message.

Please help.

@Robert > Please try the following:

1) Download the drivers.

2) Run the driver uninstaller.

3) Reboot your computer.

4) Install the drivers. After driver installation completes, go into your system preferences and disable the driver security.

5) Install the drivers again immediately, complete the process again, THEN your drivers will be properly installed and available for the system and software.
