DDJ SX3 Major Problems

I bought the SX3 a month ago and it was working fine at the radio station that I dj at. I had a club gig in NY and thank God I plugged everything up that morning just to play around a little because when I did the controller was not working right at ALL!!! It would not recognize my cue points. The were on my screen but when you pressed any of them on the controller nothing would happen. I turned the controller and my laptop off and back on and same issue. Also no sound was coming out of the controller. I then started to freak out. I called Guitar Center and drove 30 mins for then to replace it but before I left the store I plugged up the brand new one they gave me and that one was defective as well omg!!!!! When trying to scratch with the jogwheels the record would go backwards and not forward. I showed the Guitar center workwear and they bought out another one for me and the SAME EXACT PROBLEM happened!!!!! I was floored! That's 3 DEFECTIVE controller brand new out the box. I plugged my laptop up to the floor model SX2 that they had and it worked perfectly. I was forced to return the SX3 and buy the SX2 floor model because I needed it for my gig that night. I'm extremely disappointed because I really love the features of the SX3 but you guys gotta fix these problems ASAP!!!! this would have been a disaster if it happened at my event.
