fairly new to this so apologies if its just me being an idiot.
essentially got the DDJ SB secondhand today and the headphone cue buttons are totally unresponsive when i press them; they have a dull red light behind them at all times but im not able to get them to play anything through the headphones im using which are plugged into the smaller jack. any advice?

@Ben > Two things...
1) Have you installed the drivers and configured the audio properly in your software?
2) It could be the computer isn't providing adequate power to your SB over the USB connection; try a different USB cable / port, or a powered USB hub, or even another computer to confirm that it's functioning properly.
