I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Pioneer and SFM Canada for the quick repair service they gave me on the recall of my DDJ SX3. As I was talking to the representative, I mentionned that I had a gig for Friday night, He sent me a ``Rush`` voucher so that my controller would be repaired in two days. Now everything is ok. Thanks a lot, Pioneer.

What issues were you experiencing with your controller?
My controller was among those that had freezing audio issue and there was no black dot right to the Serial number...
Oh ok. My controller is a week old and when I manipulate the jog wheel the start stop button doesn’t work.
