While I am playing, I will have issues where Track 1 is synced with track 2, but will then just "re-sync" 1 beat off, without any input. This is happening randomly, and I started recording the video after the beat skipped once, but it happens two more times, once at 0:16 and again at 0:43

Problem started about a week ago, I just updated the firmware today but problem persists. I have had the system and the same tracks and USB's for a year, but this is a new issue.
And just to confirm, this is a Pioneer XDJ-RX
I would suspect the tracks themselves. What is the filetype of the track that skipped? Is it consistent in skipping?
I wouldn't expect it to be the tracks, all of my tracks are MP3s purchased through Beatport.com

Beatport is notorious for having had issues related to the artwork; please try removing it and re-adding it, then export it to your USB drive again and see if the issue returns.
