I have a problem with Rekordbox dj.
I get Error code 15. When i want to activate my license code on my new pc, I only activated this on my old pc, And later deactivated it. But still get the ErrorCode 15,
I can't find a customer support, So i just ask it here

Hi Sander,
In my experience i have rekordbox DJ running on 2 systems simultaneously. Laptop and desktop. Activating was easy, what i suggest is to uninstall all rekordbox apps and drivers. Start fresh and activate the license. Guess it should be good because i can run 2 platforms at the same time.
hi i have proplem i loose my video license in onther laptop
@DJ Johnny > Please login to your rekordbox.com account to view any activated licenses, you can recover the key from there. Should you need to have that other computer deactivated, you can file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will assist you with that.
