cue button

i bought new controller pioneer DDJ SZ2 2days back , and my right deck cue button is working as start and stop button, whenever i press cue button it only start the song where i already i left the song , i did not comes to starting point , as same as play pause button work, but left deck is working properly , whenever i load song on right deck and i press the cue button it start the song, no single beat it directly run the song,
can u help me with this please
