Serato can't recognize DDJ-SB 2 .

Hey

I've been DJ'yin for the last four years using serato scratch pro. Lately i've purchased the sb-2 controller and successfully installed serato dj and it worked. a week ago my license ended and i activated serato dj with a new accound, and since then the software won't recognize the controller. I get a message in the bottom line - 

"PIONEER DDJ-SB2 connecting hardware - this could take up to 1 minute"

and after a minute it fails.

I'm using a 10.9.3 MAC OS X .

I'm really frustrated about it, hope you guys can help.
