Sorry, but macOS 10.14 (Mojave) is not currently supported by our drivers and the hardware may not work.
Hi Everyone,
I have the current driver installed for Mac. My macbook is on Mac OS 10.14 Mojave. After connecting the USB cable into the computer and running Serato DJ Pro, it stated "Failed to connect audio" as an error. The software never showed the 2 decks it would normally display. Since Serato did not work, I tried another DJ app called DJ Pro 2 and it connected with the controller. I was able to move the faders, and other knobs and also load tracks. The problem is instead of having the output go to my PA speakers on the Master port, the sound came out of the computer speaker. I turned on Bluetooth on my computer then went into the output section of the software and selected the Bluetooth speaker and was able to run every like it should but Bluetooth is not as good as a direct connection to the speakers through the Master 1 port.
Before purchasing the SL2, I had a Newmark NVII and as soon as I plugged the USB cable into the computer, the computer speakers were disable and all sound came from the controller. I was expecting the same thing to happen with my new SL2 but it did not do that.
Since I'm new to the SL2, what did I do wrong? I have the master level, the trim and the faders up and the cross fader in the correct position and was expecting sound but nothing happens when I play the track.
Thanks in advance.

The hardware controls do work well with Mojave and djay pro 2. The only issues are that the sound will not come out of the master port and no DJ software I use recognises the controller for sound output unless I use Bluetooth. Only then will the DJ software see the Bluetooth speakers.
Is Pioneer developing a drive to support the current version of computer operating systems such as Mojave? If not, I need to return my new controller and use one from another company.
On a side note. I was using a Newmark NVII with Mojave and there were no issues.
