Play/Pause Button On left deck DDJ SX3 Not Working

The play/pause button on the left side deck is not working. When you power up the unit, it lights up... but then when you load up a track and go to play it, the button is not operative. Any help please?

Do you have a black circle on the serial number of the unit?

Yes I have the black dot. Everything else works fine except the button. I tried redownloading drivers and firmware but that didn’t fix it.
