DDJ 400 keeps disconnecting in rekordbox

Hey, team pioneer I've purchased DDJ 400 controller but the controller keeps disconnecting every few seconds. Tried using it in another ports and also on another PC still facing same issue. Only some features can be accessed by controller like, Filter from mixer section, play/pause and cue buttons and then the controller disconnects again. Is it that the controller is damaged as I'm new in using DDJ controllers. Need help asap. Thank you.

Is it fully updated, including all service packs?

What you should try is disabling the Intel Turbo Boost, and also set your maximum CPU to 99% and see if that issue persists.

The other thing our engineers have suggested is ensuring you're using a USB3 port, not USB2.

I have the same problem. DDJ 400 keeps disconnecting every 20-30 minutes.

However it was working normally when I bought it for the next several months.
