@Michael > The DDJ-400 is intended for basic plug-and-play without drivers being required, so it makes use of the built-in WASAPI drivers for headphone / master output.
Hi,
I have everything up to date. I' totally new to DJing and I have URGENT question as I'm gonna be DJing today for the first time.
I have my controller connected to my PC with USB, and my speakers are connected to controller (with that White and Red ends).
A few first days it was okay and everything was working fine.
But then (I guess there was rekordbox update) I noticed that in rekordbox button 'PC MASTER OUT' disappeared and since then I have trouble outputting sound to Headphones (connected to controller). I found it working only when I press 'CUE' under 'Master' Level knob in the right part of the middle of the controller.
What's more, whenever I select DDJ-400 WASAPI, nothing happens (when I launch rekordbox, I have to select audio device in settings, so when I choose DDJ 400 WASAPI, its like I did nothing, nothing happens).
Luckily, only option that is working for me now is choosing from 'ASIO' driver one called 'FL Studio ASIO'. But as I said, I can't output sound to headphones.
Any solution?

I just wanted to check if im the only one not wanting to use wasapi as there are drops in the audio, (elitebook 2540p, ssd, i7,16gb ram) i never had any issues with Akiyama, NI, Soundcraft asio drivers, now i was thinking to purchase ddj400 and i found oit there is no asio (only wasapi)driver ..
Seeing your support to answer issue but for different controler, makes me think of going for roland NI device instead...
Point taken, sorry im a grumpy and ittech guy...
