I bought a brand new one 1 month ago. I was working quietly at home on the super ddj-1000 while I heard this electrical noise in headphone.
I've contacted the support who close my ticket without any answer. They just slow down the process while asking the serial on the ddj while I was giving them the one on the box, invoice, id etc... I really felt I was talking to robot, seriously the helpdesk is pathetic.
While the helpdesk didn't provide with any help, I went to the store, they send the unit to be repaired.
I had the ddj back, the noise is now lower than before but still here. Trust me, do the test, I've tested on other units, an ELECTRICAL NOISE is present on every unit.
Do the following test: plug the headphone jack to and amp and increase the volume on the amp. You'll hear this noise.
I'm writing this down because the support is closing tickets by saying they want to deal with every users one by one but they should do an official announcement and refund every one.
When you sell a CONTROLLER more than 1000€ it should be perfect.
I also want this support to be more humble. When I read answers on rekordbox requests, I'm just going mad.
You're in a dominent position due to great business strategy not because of built-in quality. Listen to professionals & dj's and for the christ sake, show us some RESPECT !!
I'm waiting the a fix & official annoucement.
