I just purchased a brand new Dell XPS 15 9570
Intel core i9-8950HK, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD
I am using a DDJ RZ
I have never had an issue in the past but now even with my brand new QSC K12.2 speakers I am experiencing distortion on most songs even with the volume/master volume and the gain right down with plenty of headroom.
I have been a rekordbox user for over a year on my very old 2010 slow mac laptop with no issues, I am trying to figure out why all of a sudden my windows laptop with high specs is behaving this way.
I am thinking it could be a hidden setting that has been overlooked somewhere?

Have you tried your microphone and if so does it distort as well?
Yes I have tried the microphone, it does not distort. The distortion happens on certain songs and becomes noticeable when I need to turn the volume up and sometimes I just cant get enough volume out of the sound system even though I am not in the reds and not clipping. I have never had this issue until using rekordbox with my new laptop.
Eu também estou com problemas parecido na minha DDJ RB. Lags constantes e alguns estalos no meio das mixagens. Isso está me atrapalhando muito. Preciso de solução!
