DDJ SB3 or DDJ SX

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my controller, I'm torn between getting the new SB3 or the original SX but in mint condition. I really like the look of the SX and the fact it has a 4 channel mixer is a massive bonus but would the fact it's 6 years old mean it is of lesser quality in terms of performance, soundcard etc than the SB3 which has less features

Comparing an X to a B model is a huge difference. Personally, I use the B as the backup to my X! It all comes down to your needs for the features.

Thanks, more what I mean is would an SX still be up to scratch for use now considering its 6 years old or would it be outdated now and not as a good as a newer and cheaper controller but one with less features such as the SB3

I'd still lean to an SX, even if it's a bit aged.
