DDJ RB not working on My PC

 Hey,

 

My DDJ RB is not working anymore on my PC (but it still works on my Laptop)

If I put the usb in my PC the RB flashes for 1 sec then nothing happens.

I reinstall the drivers and it still not work

Hope I find some help

Edit:

I try to make the firmware update, but it stuck at 2%.

It could be one of two things...

1) The computer isn't providing enough power to the RB via the USB port.

2) The firmware update failed.

The 2nd could have occurred as a result of the 1st item. Please try connecting the RB to another computer to update the firmware again to ensure it's working properly.
