I was wondering if there is developer API available to make your own plug-ins?

No, sorry - rekordbox is a relatively closed ecosystem. The only "open" part about it would be the use of Syphon for visuals.

Is there any CLI or alternative as there is no API available.
Or logs that can be parsed ?

Would like to export data from the software for analytics.
