I hate to have to do another post again but I'm not getting any responses from your tech support for four days now! I've been asking for a simple update on my replacement for work order 16575379 since Monday and no has yet to respond to me. Is this really how you people conduct your business?
I explicitly told them that I needed something back by this Friday, but it's Thursday and still can't get an update from anyone. This is not a problem I created, it is YOUR defective product that created it! All I am asking for is a simple one sentence response about my replacement, but that seems like too much to ask.
Once I get this resolved, I'm done with Pioneer, and I hope others see this as well and do the same. You put out a defective product in the market and then make us jump through hurdles to get it fixed!

That was the last response from since Monday, December 3rd. Since then, I've been trying to confirm that it was shipped and get a tracking number so that I can know when to expect it. I've sent four requests since then and not a single response.
No, that was posted yesterday. Are you checking the correct email address? I see you replied to that ticket from a different email address than the one you originally used to create the ticket, and that's why your "four updates" went unanswered; they were considered invalid.
That's confusing. I've only been using my gmail address for all of the communications with Pioneer. The ticket was created with the same gmail address ( I just verified all of emails)
Are you saying the shipment is on the way? Is there a tracking number?
I also checked the work order status page and it only indicates that the unit arrived at Pioneer on 12/1. No information about any shipment is indicated there either.
