every time i press the right cue button it stops or starts the left deck aswel. i have all the drivers updated and firmwear updated but it still does the same. i have a msi laptop so there's no problem with the laptop.
i've tried uninstalling the programme and re-installing it but it still does the same thing. how can i fix this issue please ???
i am using a MSI LAPTOP so i'm possitive that there is no issue with the laptop but no matter what i try it still doesnt work properly. i've been told its a design floor but if thats try why haven't u recalled them as it would mean your selling the product knowing full well that its broken.. i hope someone gets back to me asap as i am a popular dj in central london and work at all the top clubs and i dnt want to inform people that pioneer offers shoddy controllers
@clifford > Sorry to hear that. We aren't knowingly selling a defective product. Your DDJ-SR is now several years old, and has possibly failed in some way, requiring a servicing. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your DDJ-SR inspected and/or serviced, hopefully they're able to get it resolved for you in a timely manner.
