Pioneer XDJ-RX Beat Effects Problem

Hi I purchased a XDJ-RX a couple of months ago. On my beat effects section the knob that controls 'level / depth' isn't working. When I turn it nothing happens, however when I hold it in a certain spot it works.

It might just be the settings you have for the effect. You could try lower the number of beats in the FX section. Try lower it to say 1/4 or 1/8 of a beat and see if that changes things. It should sound more obvious throughout more of the dial
