SX3 sent in for repair - Exception Hold

I sent in my SX3 for repair because it didn’t have the black dot next to the serial number. It was received by Pioneer Monday and now it’s Friday and I get a text saying there was an Exception Hold on my work order, 16577515. The text said to call Pioneer’s Warranty and Service Dept.

I called that number and it told me to hang up and call another number for their DJ products. I called that new number and they couldn’t even help me! All they said was they would get someone to call me back and still no call back.

I was told this “recall” would only take 24-48 hours once my product was received but it’s been 4 days now. Can someone please look into my repair?

@Josh > Sorry to hear that, and I believe there was a misunderstanding in the turnaround time; we are telling customers it takes approximately 1 week, but in most cases it is completed quicker.

I see your ticket was filed from your call at 8am; our US support staff will certainly be getting to that for you today and can inform you of the status of your repair.
