DDJ 400 disconnected error

DDJ 400 showing disconnected on the bottom of the Laptop

please solve the issue.

I am using windows 7 .i5. 64bit.sony vaio laptop

Please try using a different USB port or different USB cable as your computer may not be providing adequate power over that USB port to the DDJ.

i tried different usb port and usb cable but no result.showing disconnected.

please help me
