RekordBox 5.4.2 Corrupt issue

This happned twice now, but everytime i plug my usb in rekordbox to update then to my xdjrx, some data does not transfer. and when I plug the usb back in to rekordbox it becomes corrupted. I eject and stop usb properly before pulling it out. 

Anyone have this issue?
