DDJ-SZ

I just bought a used DDJ SZ and I’m having a few problems. The high-low filter knob (located above the headphone cue button) isn’t working at all either way I twist it (that includes all of them on the 4 channels). Also the headphone cue button on channel 3 doesn’t seem to want to light up when I press it but it’s very slightly lit up when it’s not pressed.

hi Logan did you fully test your second-hand purchase before payment?

or did the seller not declare these faults on a website you purchased?

how old is it and what abuse has it taken is also to be considered here.

you would either need to contact the seller and come to an agreement or send it into a certified repair centre if your not able to open and repair it yourself.
