Lately my DDJ-RX has been having some issues. When playing on normal or vinyl mode, my fourth deck only shows one small LED strip instead of the whole thing lighting up, and I'm unable to navigate through the track. This can't be a hardware issue since my other decks (1-3) seem to work just fine.
This video highlights the problem, I've tried multiple USB ports, a clean rekordbox installation and updated the driver and firmware, but no luck with fixing the issue.
Now for the main problem I'm experiencing: audio stutters. My controller mostly plays smoothly but has some serious audio lags/stutters at random intervals. These stutters last for about a second and I can see them in rekordbox as well.

Any input would be appreciated, since these problems have rendered my controller pretty much unuseable at gigs. I'm using the controller with a Dell XPS 13 laptop.
Press and hold SHIFT+SLIP to enable vinyl mode on deck 2 and 3.
As for the audio, the first thing to try is raise the audio buffer size by a few notches and see if it persists. It may also be a problem due to CPU turbo-boost or a Windows build issue, but try the buffer first.
