DDJ 1000 clsound cut off issue

Hi guys ,
For a couple of weeks off late in between sets, whilst playing, the sound on a channel just cuts off. Moments of embarrassment and hence am forced to use all 4 channels when not needed. Awaiting your prompt reply.

@Roland > Sorry to hear about that, but going to need a bit more information before we can even start to guess at what it might be. Can you tell us the computer model / spec / OS you're using, and what exactly happens when the sound "cuts off"?

Does the music continue playing within the software? Does the software freeze? Does the rest of the DDJ continue to function? Do you have to power-cycle the DDJ?

Details please!
