Tracks not playing

Hello all I'm going to be as detailed as possible while keeping it short. But I need some help please. I'm running plx1000's with a djm s9 and updated Serato pro on Windows. When I load a track I can jump through my cue's and also I can hit all my samples and they play. But the track will not play what so ever when I drop the needle or even if I press and hold any cue. I even tried dragging my mouse over the waveform to move thru the track and nothing. Any ideas what this problem is?
